Please note that international shipping times may vary based on destination and customs clearance.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Time Estimates

  • Malaysia (Local Fulfillment): 2–5 business days
  • International Shipping: 1-2 weeks by air or 4-8 weeks by sea and also depending on destination.

Shipping time is the BEST EFFORT ESTIMATION and is NOT GUARANTEED.

We work with trusted logistic partners both locally and overseas to ensure timely delivery. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :) (It may have delays during the holidays or shopping season due to the queues in shipping line.)
